Year In Review

1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Went over an ocean, hiked 3 peaks in 11 hours, took a train, went snorkeling, parasailing, and saw DMB at SPAC with Katie!

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
If I made a resolution last year, I don't remember. Actually, I think it was to stop sleeping with Tyler...yeah, I didn't keep that one.
My new resolution is to always be truthful to myself and how I feel.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth in 2006?
My friend Megan got pregnant and is having her baby in August!

4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, luckily. But as others have said, I have been affected by the death of others.

5. What countries did you visit?
Canada, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland

6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
A real relationship would be nice.

7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
June 15th, going to see DMB at SPAC with Katie! :)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
hmm. Hiking 17.5 miles (3 peaks) in 11 hours was pretty bitchin. :)

9. What was your biggest failure?
I failed to be true to myself a lot this year. I got better at the end of it though, so I plan on keeping it up. :)

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Does heartbreak count? No, and it sounds wayyy too emo. I did come down with the flu a couple of days before Christmas.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
The DMB ticket for me and Katie. Oh man, that was an awesome concert.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My parent's. They've been much happier. And Charlie's. haha

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Oh Andrew's. But we all know that.

14. Where did most of your money go?
My mom for college bills and text messages. Damn. And booze.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Going to Europe. Going on the hike. Going to Philly. Coming home on any break, and then going back to SLU when I was sick of home. Seeing Guster in concert. Seeing Dave in concert. Go parasailing! Snorkeling in Islamorada!!

16. What song will always remind you of 2006?
Crash~DMB, it reminds me of soooo many moments.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? hmm. Wiser. Can I say wiser?
ii. thinner or fatter? A little thinner. But not by much. :)
iii. richer or poorer? I can't tell. All of my money goes to SLU anyway.

I wish I'd listened to my heart more. And played more guitar

Playing softball for SLU haha

Next year? Apparently in Florida.

Tuesdays with Morrie. Will always be the best book I have ever read. Oh! That at the Ninja book katie let me borrow. Because that rocked, hardcore.
